Erin Quinlan of Boston Children's Hospital Wellness Program will hold a mindfulness book talk with The Happiness Advantage while we enjoy a sample smoothie bar!
Following the book talk Erin will provide a sound bath with quartz crystal bowls & a rain stick.
*Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to sit on (chairs will be available)
*it is not necessary to read the book prior to the event
*The Happiness Advantage book & Event Ticket is $45

Illume is an experience for readers that's meant to showcase a careful selection of titles much in the same way an art gallery would display an exhibition.
